Biyografi:


Michael Gambon çalışmaya bir mühendis olarak çalışmaya başlamasına rağmen 21 yaşında aktör olmak istediğine karar vererek oyunculuk kariyerine Dublin'deki Edwards/MacLiammoir Gate Tiyatrosu'nda başladı. Günler geçtikçe oyunculuk kariyerinde ilerleyen Gambon, ‘A Chorus of Disapproval’daki rolüyle‘Olivier Ödülü’nü, ‘The Life of Galileo’ ve ‘Volpone’la da En İyi Erkek Oyuncu dalında ‘Evening Standard Ödülü’nü kazanmıştır.


Michael Gambon yalnızca Harry Potter ve Azkaban Tutsağı ile Harry Potter ve Ateş Kadehi filmlerinde de Albus Dumbledore’u canlandırmıştır.
